Our services include inspection, treatment, and prevention of common pests. All services will be performed in a professional manner, consistent with industry standards.

3. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the effectiveness and safety of our services, you agree to:

• Provide our technicians with safe and clear access to all areas requiring treatment.
• Follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by our technicians.
• Secure pets and ensure children are kept away from treated areas for the recommended time.
• Inform us of any known allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions that may be affected by our treatments.

4. Payments and Billing

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise specified in your Service Agreement. We accept various forms of payment, which will be outlined on your invoice. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the agreed-upon amount for services rendered.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Service Guarantee

Spark Pest Control stands by the quality of our work. Specific guarantees, if any, will be detailed in your Service Agreement. Our guarantee may require you to adhere to certain conditions, such as maintaining a clean environment and following our recommendations. If pests return within the guaranteed period, we will provide additional treatment at no extra cost, subject to the terms of your agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Spark Pest Control is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing damages or conditions in your property.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Spark Pest Control and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maricopa County, Arizona.
